  2. Wealthy Pensioners (50+)
    • USD 80,000 annual pension
    • USD 250,000 investment
    • Health insurance USD 50,000+
  3. Work-from-Thailand Professionals
    • USD 80,000 annual income (or USD 40,000+ with Master’s degree)
    • Employer must be publicly listed or earning USD 150,000/year
    • 5 years experience
    • Health insurance USD 50,000+
  4. Highly Skilled Professionals
    • USD 80,000 income (or USD 40,000+ with sci-tech degree)
    • Must work in government, university, or research fields
    • 5 years experience
    • Health insurance USD 50,000+
